Omega Flexology® A complete natural supplement for supporting and maintaining all aspects of joint health Horses young and old will at some point require support when it comes to joint health, especially those in intense competition. While there are many supplements which support aspects of joint health, Omega Equine has created a complete supplement for everything joint related, from maintaining the health of tendons, ligaments and tissues to supporting healthy cartilage, muscles and mobility. Omega Flexology combines well-recognised ingredients such as glucosamine, methyl sulphonyl methane (MSM), hyaluronic acid (HA) and boswellia for ultimate joint health. The ingredients in Flexology specifically support joint health in the following ways: * Methyl sulphonyl methane (MSM) is particularly known for maintaining the health of tendons, ligaments and connective tissues. MSM offers natural soft tissue and cartilage support, delivering sulphur to the areas it is needed most, particularly around the joints, enabling optimum flexibility * Glucosamine mainly assists with healthy cartilage production but also benefits the health of collagen, joint fluid, tendons and ligaments. It is well known for maintaining a healthy cartilage matrix and is a key component of the body’s natural joint repair and renew process. This helps horses efficiently withstand daily wear and tear, and joint stress * Hyaluronic acid (HA) is linked to healthily managing inflammation and maintaining the synovial fluid which lubricates joints * Boswellia supports comfortable and fluid joint movement and mobility. It also generally helps maintain the musculoskeletal system and the structural composition of connective tissues. Alongside these incredible ingredients, Omega Flexology also contains linseed meal; rich in fatty acid omega 3, this significantly supports coat and skin health. The result is an exceptional show-ring ready coat and a strong topline. Produced in the UK, this highly palatable supplement ensures horses feel good inside and out. * Analytical Constituents: Crude Protein 24.00% Crude Fats & Oils 6.70% Crude Fibre 2.40% Crude Ash 9.80% Sodium 0.11% Composition: Glucosamine Sulphate 2KCI Linseed Meal Methyl Sulphonyl Methane (MSM) Boswellia Serrata Extract Dextrose Isolated Soya Protein Pineapple Extract Sodium Hyaluronate (HA) ASU Additives: Technological Additives: Monosilicic Acid E551a 2,775mg/kg L-Proline Vitamins & pro vitamins: Pyridoxine Hydrochloride 400mg/kg Compounds of trace elements: Zinc chelate of proteinhydrplysate 3b612 10,000mg/kg
Bulk Surcharge (Feed & Bedding)
Our bulk items - e.g. feed and bedding surcharge is an additional fee applied when a customer orders bulk feed and bedding goods. This might seem counter-intuitive, as bulk purchases typically come with discounts, but there are several reasons why a bulk surcharge is implemented:
Increased Handling Costs: Feed and Bedding orders can require more resources to process, pack, and ship. This includes additional labor, packaging materials, and potentially more complex logistics.
Storage Limitations: If a supplier's storage capacity is limited, feed and bedding orders might necessitate additional storage solutions, such as renting extra warehouse space, which incurs additional costs.
Inventory Management: Feed and Bedding can disrupt regular inventory management practices. Ashurst Equestrian will need to expedite production or pull from future stock, complicating inventory control and planning.
Shipping and Freight: The cost of shipping feed and bedding items can be higher due to the need for larger or multiple packaging containers, special handling, or expedited shipping methods to meet delivery deadlines.
Risk Management: Handling feed and bedding orders can increase the risk of damage, loss, or errors.
In essence, a bulk surcharge helps Ashurst Equestrian manage the increased complexity and costs associated with fulfilling bulk feed and bedding orders, ensuring they can maintain service quality and operational efficiency.
